You will love it, if you let yourself.
I've tried a lot of at home workout DVD program, some I liked, some I couldn't wait until they were over and wanted to throw out the window. Here are some that survived my scrutiny.
Turbo Jam! I've been doing this workout since I first began my weight loss attempts (yeah, there were a few...). It's actually really fun and works up quite a sweat. Find it here.
I call this one "TurboJam on crack". TurboFire is a more advanced kickboxing/aerobic workout program that has a lot of the same moves that are in TurboJam. This program though, contains HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts that are shorter but gets your metabolism kicked up! Find it here.
This one is exactly what it says, Insanity. I'm not going to lie guys, I've never made through the whole two month program, but it's on my bucket list, so it will get done! It is effective, very. Find it here.

This one is an emotional roller coaster for me. I like the way Jillian has that "no excuses" way of training. This one gets a bit boring for me and I ended getting annoyed with it and can't wait for it to be over but I feel really good when it's over.

This is by FAR my favorite Jillian Michaels workout. It makes me feel like I could fight somebody and totally win. Then I would stand over them, watching them writhe in pain, and be like "Yeah, Jillian taught me that. Don't mess with me."
These two are really great too. The Cardio Max always fakes me out because it's really not a high impact kind of workout and I feel like it's going to be super easy. Then, all of the sudden I'm sweating, and I'm like..."when did this happen"?
My Green Monster Spinach Smoothie
I get asked about this every time it shows up in my food diary. This is my favorite smoothie ever! Don't be scared that it comes out bright green. I swear to you, you would never know it's full of spinach. I have this with breakfast almost everyday.
1 cut up banana
2 tablespoons of PB2 (or any kind of peanut butter, but just know that it will up the calorie count)
1/2 cup Chobani 0% Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or whatever milk you like)
4 cups fresh spinach (just fill the rest of the blender with spinach)
Blend and slurp!
